Longline ovens are designed for baking molded wheat and rye bread, loaves and buns, suitable for simultaneous preparation of different types of bread and bakery products. Thanks to personal control, optimal parameters for a particular product are created and maintained in each working chamber. The steam cooling system solves the problem of baking fluffy, airy and soft products, while maintaining an appetizing crust and a real bread crunch.
